Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We use Gong to monitor our sales calls and through 1 on 1 coaching, provide in-depth details on our sales performance—call quality and where we can improve and where we are doing great. It greatly helps me to look at how much I'm talking while on a sales call and how I could to improve the conversation.

  • Not always the best call playback
  • Would be nice if it could make suggestions rather than just present data.
  • It aided in my call and talk awareness.
I haven't used Gong support but I'm sure it's good.
