Overall Satisfaction with

We use it to record our qualifier calls. Afterward, we use those recordings to analyze how the call went—keywords, speaking times, etc. We often use past recordings to train new qualifiers as well. We use Gong on the sales teams for early-stage calls.
  • Core functionality: recording
  • Analysis: keywords, speaking times
  • CMS: easy to find past content
  • The user portal can be a little confusing as an admin when managing licenses.
  • It appears Gong records every meeting we have. It would be nice to automate on/off for specific meetings (or learn how).
Gong is the only product of its kind that we have utilized. It was recommended to us and we didn't really evaluate other competitors.
They are responsive but it was a little difficult to figure out who our account owner was when I was given admin access.
