Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
It is used to record sales, success, configuration, and really all external customer calls. We use the tool to share successful calls, best practices, coach and grow all of our customer-facing employees.

- Transcribing accurately.
- Breaking down calls in easier to manage ways.
- Ability to be present during customer calls and go back and take notes later.
- Ability to share calls with my manager more effectively and receive feedback on every call.
Haven't dug too far into it, but they seem comparable.
