- Coaching & counselling.
Cons
- There should be training or tutorials that can be improved.
- It should be more user friendly. (For now it's good.)
- It should offer more customization.
- I think it has a very positive and time saving impact on overall performance.
Gong is quite different and addresses different sorts of issues with quite effective solutions.
