Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

It is currently used for one team mostly. We currently test it and check for the settings that suit our needs.
  • Call listening tool.
  • Call history with one prospect.
  • Detailed statistics per agent.
  • Scorecards
  • Too much blank, white space.
  • Too early to judge.
Gong is strictly for call listening while PlayVox has more features. Definitely call listening experience was better on Gong - hands down.

PlayVox has better scorecards that allow to provide scores in percentage which my company uses.
Sales rep was great but that's a sales person so he knows how to talk. Didn't have any contact with the support yet.

It improves my performance when analysing calls and I also use it to give feedback on a part of the call instead of giving overall feedback.
