We brought on primarily for our sales and customer success teams. For us, we're in the process of moving upstream (enterprise accounts) and need to make sure we're speaking the right language and asking the right questions. has done an awesome job helping us measure those key focus areas.
  • Provides context on when I'm speaking too much. This is essential because in sales we all know that too much yapping doesn't help.
  • Logs how many questions we're asking. Asking the right questions is what we get paid to do in sales.
  • Allows everyone to pick each other's brains at scale. has a library where you can listen to how other reps are positioning your solution.
  • Logging calls that are less than 1 min long so you can get feedback on how your openers are doing -- in regards to cold calls.
  • Making things less clunky. Sometimes things can be difficult to navigate.

Yes has helped me drastically when it comes to my patience. One thing I was struggling with was pausing for a bit longer before asking a prospect's question. By implementing this, I think I'm building a lot more trust with the prospects I'm speaking with.
