Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We use Gong.io in a multitude of ways as an organization, but I use it for more individual contributor reasons. I use Gong.io to listen to calls and ensure I am providing the proper follow-ups I promised, as well as maintaining clear communication with my customers and prospects. I also use Gong.io to send high-quality calls to training reps so they have a good arsenal to learn from. Gong.io is also used to identify metrics that lend themselves to a high-quality call, such as the amount of time I am speaking vs. my customer.

Gong.io is a game-changer for sales reps. It makes life infinitely easier and it is a coach for you to improve. The coaching extends beyond listening to calls - it gives you company metrics that are viewed as excellent so you have a baseline to hit. Gong.io also has a clean interface that's easy to navigate. The email alerts that are synced with my pipeline are always a welcome reminder to check out where I am in the progress of deals for the month and if any are at risk.
