Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We leverage Gong.io in a variety of ways. The most basic use case is for call recording, so anyone involved with a particular deal can go back and listen to the call (both as a debrief, as well as for a call prep tool). Managers use Gong.io to stress test open opportunities within the sales funnel. They look at the reporting dashboard to identify the last touch point, interaction, warning signals, and health score.
  • Quantifiable data on various aspects of a call (i.e. warnings based on last contact date, lack of contact, single-threaded contact, etc.)
  • Send automated reminders via SFDC integration for next follow-up
  • Call metrics around best practices (i.e. interactivity, monologues, etc.)
  • Integration or way to record calls done via cell phone to customers/prospects
  • Integration with SFDC
  • Easy to use/navigate
  • Robust reporting functionality
  • We've seen a decrease in churn
  • Increased deal size and shorter funnel time

Gong.io is great for client calls; it's a great way to have a historical snapshot into deals starting from top of funnel all the way to closed lost/won. It's also very useful for when an account gets transitioned to another department (i.e. Customer Success), and the new rep has visibility into previous conversations.

Gong.io is not appropriate for internal calls.
