Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

The Sales department relies on Gong.io on a daily basis for coaching and note-taking purposes. To an extent, the Management team looks at Gong.io for pipeline health (additional functionality around "at-risk" opportunities). Enablement frequents tips and tricks and the importance of leaning on Gong.io for reflection and coaching opportunities.

Chorus.ai is also a great solution, but I found that Gong.io's note-taking is more accurate and the interface is much easier to use.

Gong.io is perfect for Sales teams to use for note-taking and coaching purposes. I use it on a daily basis and it allows for me to focus my complete attention on the prospect conversation and instead of constantly jotting down notes while the customer gives details. After each call that I have, I review the call and take extensive notes that help for organization and conversations with my manager. Really great software solution.
