Gong.io is used by our organization to group folders of calls for reference across the team. Whether it's pricing, account management, focused comp intel, and a number of other things. I personally use it for pipeline management and the alerts and insights for my actual calls and deals. It's been a great benefit being in primarily virtual sales.

If you have a sales team of 20+ folks you can utilize this tool for collaboration and learn from each other. It's a good way to stay on top of things and sharpen your ax as a salesperson.
