Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Gong.io allows us to record and review our business meetings with prospects and current customers. It is an incredibly great tool for intelligence that we can utilize for pre-sales/pre-meeting reviews. It allows us to easily find talking points, follow-ups, pain points and also share the call outside of our organization. I use it primarily to review before meetings with clients.
