Overall Satisfaction with Google Ads

We use Google Ads as a main form of marketing for our clients to gain new prospects and leads for each business we represent. The goal is for Google Ads to help grow our clients' businesses by providing quality leads in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The platform allows us to use wise budget setting measures which helps keep costs in line with our overall budget strategy.

The platform's overall navigation is fairly easy to use in that the font is large and easy to understand. However, there are some areas like adding headlines and buttons to the existing ads that could use improvement. I would recommend an easier way to import images as well. Mostly though, navigation is manageable for those with tech experience.
Google Ads is by far the best PPC advertising mechanism I've used especially when compared to the Microsoft/Bing platform. It's easier to navigate and the budgets are spent more effectively and efficiently. The display of the search results is easier to read and the quality of the results is better.

Great platform to use as a lower funnel tactic and for lead driven advertisers. We see it pay off as it provides leads to advertisers who want to track phone calls or web form submissions. The platform is less relevant for branding businesses as the search pages do not offer much support for images.
