Overall Satisfaction with Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure specific KPIs related to our website and social media activity. For example, we recently completed a redesign of the website and the user experience, so we are tracking metrics like time on page, number of page visits, unique visitors and the blog roll very closely.
- Ability to manipulate the time frame to see historical data vs present data
- Percentage increase or decrease at a glance for important metrics
- List of pages and how they are performing from a UX perspective
- It can be hard to navigate at first.
- The settings are cluttered and setting it up on your website isn’t intuitive - the script is often hidden
- Sharing the dashboard with others should be easier and more clear
- Increases client retention
- Aligns our team internally
