Overall Satisfaction with Google Calendar

Google Calendar is a great (and essential) tool for businesses. It allows users to control their calendars and also "booking links" for different types of events/appointments. If you want to talk to your customers, you can create 20-minute events or links, and let them book the time that works best for them. If you need to talk to a different set of users about a different topic, you can create another event, for example, lasting 40 min. Google Calendar will automatically update and adjust availability. It's a great tool, and a must-have.

Pros

  • Booking Links.
  • Share Calendars (Assistants, Colleagues, Personal).
  • Add Zoom room links or Google links.

Cons

  • OOO Feature shared in coworkers calendars.
  • Timely Comms.
  • User Friendly.
  • Part of GSuite for business.
I tried different calendars, and Google seems to be the easiest, available across platforms, and very easy to add other calendars to the main one. (For example, adding a personal calendar to your professional one, so you don't need to manually sync them. For this, you can also show just "busy" in our work calendar to keep your events really private.
Google is available across different platforms and is also very user-friendly. If your colleagues use a Google service, Google Calendar will be very easy to implement and use.

I use Google Calendar largely in my professional and personal routines. I don't think I could plan my weeks and months any better. The mobile apps are great, and you can update, create, or cancel events and meetings on the go.
