Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

I use Google Drive for all client proposals, deliverable reviews, and project management. It is invaluable as a means to collaborate in real-time with team members and clients that are spread across the city or country.
  • Ubiquity across devices - desktop, mobile, chromecast, Chromebook.
  • Data is NEVER lost. EVER.
  • Real-time collaboration and being able to see changes others have made. Very intuituve.
  • Being able to tag users and send them comments in context and in real-time. I loath using desktop attachments.
  • Object embedding. Being able to drop a spreadsheet into a document and having it update in real-time.
  • Better help on spreadsheet functions (videos, better examples).
  • More granular control over the look and feel of Google Forms.
  • Hard to quantify
It is the most secure and its native app capabilities make Dropbox and Box pointless. MS is simply not in the cards ever again.
Group collaboration across locations is the best case scenario. Cannot think of a bad time to use it.
