Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
Google Drive is being used as a file sharing and collaboration tool both interdepartmentally and organization wide. The main business problems the Google Drive tools address are the ability to quickly/easily share deliverables with clients and collaborate in real-time on documents/spreadsheets.
- Real-time collaboration
- Archiving changes (versioning) and allowing users to revert to a previous version
- Ease of access and use
- More user configuration tools. For example, I always want text wrap on my cells in Google Sheets. Would be nice to create a user setting for any new sheets I create to have this implemented.
- Time saving in the form of project and team management
Google Drive is much more intuitive to use.
