We use Google Drive to share our day to day activities. Since we work in multiple locations it helps us to stay connected with the team and we can access the files instantly which helps us in understanding the marketing activities. We also use Google Drive to share leads between the team and we get to know the status instantly.

Drop Box allows you to save files online but they are limited in terms of space. They offer 2 GB of free storage where Google Drive offers a better space and they also are more reliable and better in terms of multiple users looking at the files at the same time. Data can be worked on a local computer and it gets synced online instantly.
