Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
Google drive is a great tool to share spread sheets. Working in search we use google drive to set up test documents that are then shared with the client. We can update the data daily/weekly and the client can login whenever they want to view results. It also helps save space in email.
Pros
- Sharing with multiple users. This is key when needing to share large amounts of data that need to be edited by multiple users.
- Spreadsheets are easy to use and very similar to excel. They are helpful when making calculations or creating lists.
Cons
- I have not run into many issues with google drive. The help section could be easier to navigate.
- It has made it easier to keep clients up to date on reporting needs. It has saved valuable time.
