Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
As a small organization with no subscription for a cloud storage plan, we use Google Drive to store all the company documents. Using Google Drive makes it easier to access company documents when you need them whereever you are across the world.
- No subscription fee, which makes it easier for startup companies to have access to a cloud storage platform to store their valuable documents
- Easier to collaborate, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it makes it easier for teams to collaborate and be productive
- Easier to manage folders and give others access to folders or files
- Easy to upload files
- You need a Google account to have access to Google Drive
- Sometimes it's tricky to figure out what's consuming your storage
- Gmail uses storage from Google Drive, so it would be better to have a separate email storage instead of Gmail using all the storage
- Helped us deliver projects on time during lockdowns
- Good for storing business-critical documents
Because Google is a popular and reputable, and most of the time I am using their products like Chrome, Gmail, Google Sheets, so I prefer Google Drive because all the products I use most of the time are in one place and I didn't want to sign up for other products (which would mean more passwords for me to manage).
