Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Google Forms when I need to develop a survey or questionnaire. This program makes it really easy. Often times a client wants to do a survey campaign and this works great for developing that and also lets my client work on it with me from a remote location. Very easy to use as well. The main thing I use this for is for tests that are given to an employee looking to move into a new position. So I make a sort of a knowledge test. I also use it for voting on incentives for the caller's production.

Pros

Client surveys with drop-down boxes of multiple-choice questions.
Knowledge tests for the employees.

Cons

You have to have an internet connection to use it, but really most things do these days.
It has limits on how many sheets or characters you can have.

Return on Investment

It has positively impacted my overall business objectives because it lets me report and test easily.

Alternatives Considered

Google Ads (formerly AdWords)

I love Google Forms for what I use it for, but I do think there are other google programs that do the same thing but have more functions. I really like it for the surveys and graphs. I havent used another product to do this so I do not have anything to compare to. Bottom line...i will continue to use it and recommend it

I don't really know where you would use it in an inappropriate way, but for me, I use it to development placement tests for the employees. We have some positions here that require knowledge on certain policies or procedures to move up into some positions here, so I have developed several tests for this. I have also developed a sort of survey for our clients to be able to rate our services as well.
