Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Google Forms as an educational tool for online CEUs as well as in-services for employees and vendors. We also use it as a CRM of sorts for our field salespeople. From sales to training to keeping track of employee requests, it's honestly an integral part of our ecosystem.

Usability

For companies with limited staff, Google Forms can be a useful tool that doesn't require a ton of expertise to implement. A little out-of-the-box thinking and reviewing plugins will allow it to be used in all aspects of the company, especially one utilizing Google Workspace.

I have never actually needed support, but if you have a question, it is easy to find an answer with a quick search.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for online education testing and even printing certificates automatically with the right plugin. Using it as a prospect management tool for sales out in the field was an out-of-the-box idea that's worked fabulously. You can limit the form to specific people or with a link. It works especially well if the user has a Google account.
