Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
We use Google Forms internally to allow our sales and dispatch teams to submit refund requests, corporate apparel orders, and more. It allows us to get responses in real time and keep everything in order.
- Easy to submit even with minimal computer knowledge
- Easy to make forms that fit what we need
- Converting answers into an excel sheet
- More validation (this field must be valid phone number, etc)
- It has allowed us to keep better track of cancelled orders that need refunded and has saved us a lot of chargebacks.
