Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts
Google Hangouts provides a quick way to reach my customers and friends. Google Hangouts is platform my customers use. It's easy to reach them, share pictures and documents and meet with them in real time. If I need a quick answer to a question, or they need to reach me for the same reason, its convenience makes it a necessary business communication tool for me.

- Video chat when it's necessary to see each other
- Share documents and pictures
- The video feature hasn't always worked or has been slow
- It's difficult sometimes to find the sharing tools (pics, files) when you are typing.
- I can't remember my gmail it would be nice if my gmail was listed on my Google Hangouts account
- Difficult to determine this. Not familiar with how you might measure this in the scenarios I've used it in.
Because this is always open with my Gmail account, it's simply easier to use.
