Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts Chat

Google Hangouts Chat is our means of communication with our team. We have a group chat and we also have a personal message inbox. We are using our business email address. We also use the video call of Google Hangouts Chat if we need to. Google Hangouts Chat is very useful and so convenient because we can also use it not only on our computer but also on our mobile phones.

  • All in one use
  • I hope we can customize themes and fonts
  • Calling is sometimes confusing. It sends a google meet link when trying to call
  • Lifer ambiance
  • In my work it allows us to report troubles that may cost loss of investment thru Google Hangouts Chat we were able to communicate on how to fix it.
  • I hope we can make it on our own choice of colors to heightened workers vibe

For me, I'd rather use Google Hangouts Chat than Microsoft Teams. Based on my experience Google Hangouts is way less complicated than Microsoft Teams. I don't like complicated and Microsoft Teams for me is complicated. Let's say for a first-time user for both platforms I'd say the first-time user will use Google Hangouts Chat instead because it is easy to use and very friendly. I think that is the secret to get more users. Less complicated and organized apps.

I'd give 9. Let's start with the upside of Google Hangouts Chat. It is a very friendly tool, helps a lot in so many ways. Communication whether for business or personal use its fine. I find that it's really good unlike other communication tools [because] some of them are for business use only. I recommend this for whatever way they use this. The downside is less customization. Like the themes and fonts. I'd really love that option.
