Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts (Classic)

It is used for staff meetings company-wide. It is also used for meetings with clients and saves time as you can instantly chat with them and get to the point. The messages can be shared with others which helps with transparency. The ability to share an employee-client conversation with other employees helps with messaging.

Google Hangouts app is already integrated with many apps users already are familiar with. The program is accessible on many platforms which makes it easy for users to conduct business without having specific devices on hand. It really helped that many people were already acclimated to the Google Suite of products before it was introduced.

It is well suited for a virtual staff room. While we work in part virtual offices, it was easy to communicate with others while they are in a different location. It bridged the communication gap. I would recommend it to those who formerly worked cubicle offices, it allows you to have access to others without being intrusive.
