Overall Satisfaction with Google Keep

Google Keep has many uses for a fit expert. You can save passwords and emails, customer notes, or templates for frequent use. It is a time saver and great organization tool.
  • Easy to organize and color coordinate.
  • Allows for an associated image to be connected with the note.
  • Alarms set for reminders.
  • Ability to add others to the note to share and collaborate.
  • There should be an option to align them straight rather than unevenly.
  • Front options would be beneficial.
  • More color options for a variety of sorting.
  • Google Keep is free.
The only other thing I have used are notes within a doc but this is much more convenient and easy to look at.
I have never reached out to Support on Google Keep.

Do you think Google Keep delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Google Keep's feature set?

Yes

Did Google Keep live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Google Keep go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Google Keep again?

Yes

In customer service, you send a lot of similar emails so it is great to use as a clipboard, so you can copy and paste that same email whenever need be, rather than typing it all out again and again.

Not so great when needing to put data from another platform.

  • Product Usability
The easy usability was a great thing for someone like me starting out at my first desk job. It helped me keep track of what I needed to know and was so simple to work. The user-friendly layout is priceless.
I wouldn't. Google Keep is free so I am glad I chose it.
