Overall Satisfaction with Google Tasks
My team uses Google Tasks to schedule their tasks and plan them as per the priority. We can add sub-tasks as well and add any notes which are required for that task. It just syncs up with your calendar and the best is you can add your friend's calendar too. It is helping our team to schedule the tasks and have a deadline on them. Also, a good thing it all comes up in the Google suite package.

I have used Microsoft To Do previously but Google Tasks plays a pretty well role here as it can be synced across all the Google Platforms.
