Gorkana was a great alternative to Cision due to the red button and updated information. We used it to update and maintain media lists as well as reporter moves.
- Updated information with notes is amazing. Gives more detail for reporters than Cision
- Red button-- allows us to send inquiries with immediate responses
- Red button was not as efficient as when we first started with the database
- Some information started becoming out of date
- No broadcast statistics
- It allowed us to better craft pitches to reporters
