Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meetings has helped us stay in contact with our remote team and allows us to brainstorm and train our customers. It also helps us to capability to resolve issues quickly with our customers because they are able to show us their screen and go through the issues with them. It works great for prospects and gives demos so they can see how our system works!

- Screen share from your other mobile devices
- Transcripts and recordings!
- Nothing at this time. It works great!
- It has been very positive and our customers love being able to see us while on meetings.
- Makes meeting feel more personable and that you are a live human on the other end!
- Being able to jump on a meeting and not have to be at my desk has helped free up time.

I have used Zoom in the past as well and they are very similar but our company chose to use GoTo Meeting.
