Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We used GoTo Meeting for collaborating within the team of our company as well as with the client. The tool over all is good if the attendees are fewer in number, but if there are more then 10 people it gets a bit difficult to handle the meeting as the host has to give permission every single time a participant wants to share the screen

It is excellent. It has also introduced a recording option. Very user-friendly. Google Meet is very easy to use and doesn't require any special setup. All you need is a Google account, and you can start a meeting with just a few clicks. With Google Meet, you can share your screen with other participants, making it easy to present slides, documents, or anything else you want to share. Google Meet allows you to use virtual backgrounds, which can be helpful if you don't want to show your real background during a meeting.

The GoTo Meeting is best suited if the team size or the number of participants is less than 10. You can easily give sharing access you will not get lost in finding who is talking and then grant them sharing access. Also, if you are not the organizer of the call you won't be able to start the meeting unless you have an account with GoTo Meeting, you will have to wait for the host to let you in, and only the host can allow the user to share the screen and record the call which is good as well as bad
