Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
Our office began using GoTo Meeting in 2020 during the pandemic as a way to conduct meetings remotely to help plan and discuss our reopening strategies. We've continued using it since, as we brought in new practice management software, and GoTo integrated with that. Now we are able to have our normal staff meetings remotely, allowing more freedom and flexibility in our staff's work schedule!

Zoom is more user-friendly, but not as robust in usage as GoTo Meetings is. Zoom also has better uptime, and can be cheaper, but the tools that GoTo offers can fit any needs an office has, making it a much more attractive piece of software that can fulfill most if not all needs, with a little extra training.
