Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We used GoToMeeting to conduct virtual meetings, using both the audio conference bridge only as well as video when required. We also used it to provide remote IT support in one-one setting.

Our cost for Zoom was lower than GoToMeeting. The free tier of Zoom for 40 minute meetings is sufficient for most of our meetings.

MS Teams was included as part of our M365 subscription and integrates with all our other Office apps.

It works well in most circumstances. Where Internet bandwidth is patchy or has high latency, then the connection can drop which is not ideal.

Ease of use, as some users are not very proficient in computer use so it helps to have large buttons.
No change. When it was first put in use, it was the cheapest and most user-friendly solution in the market. If evaluating now, then the number of alternatives would make it difficult to select GoToMeeting over other products.

GoTo Meeting Implementation

Not really, it is very simple to install and get started.

Change management was minimal - Installation of the desktop application in advance was necessary. Patching can quickly get out of date.
