Use Cases and Deployment Scope

GoTo Meeting seamlessly handles our virtual meeting needs with a second to none platform, beautiful and straightforward user interface, and is incredibly easy to use and teach new staff members when there is turnover within departments. It is much more user friendly than some of the other competitors in the field, with which we have had many issues.

GoTo Meeting has had the quickest learning time for any of our staff members compared to the other software we have used, which felt overly complex at times. The support staff is also much more helpful with GoTo Meeting and does not leave you hanging waiting for a response the way so many others do.

GoTo Meeting has been instrumental within our organization for department meetings, organization wide staff meetings, trainings among smaller groups of volunteers, and similar situations. We haven’t used it for large scale webinar type meetings yet but we would be open to exploring this option in the future. It’s just a matter of staff time.
