Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

mostly I use this product for official purposes like customer meetings, remote support, and training sessions. it was very good and easy to use. It is smooth and full of various features remote desktop sharing, screen sharing, etc. it also supports various integration to make life easier with its variety of supported extension like calendar, CRM tools etc.
  • it is easy to use GoTo Meeting is easy to set up and use even for non-technical users
  • It has features to help support remote client which is very useful me as IT support.
  • It is also secure provide different features like access managment to whom you want to give acess and what type of access you can manage.
  • Mobile application missing features available in desktop version.
  • UI is simple but little outdated in my opinion and they need to be updated as per the market demand and should utilize AI.
  • Customization option is low in compare other tools like backgroup etc. in my opinion.
  • it was helping to improve productivity of our work by with on the GoTo Meeting
  • can connect with team anytime from anywhere save a lot of time
it is easy to use in comparison to teams and need lo bandwidth to use.

GoTo Meeting is good application providing various features like virtual meeting, training etc. in my point of view they are on the right track. In my opinion, they just need to work on more features and should integrate AI tools as per the market demand.
