Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
I am a Business Development and Customer Success Manager. Having Client closing and discussion meetings is a regular job. I try multiple software for my ease of work, and GoTo Meeting is one of them. GoTo Meeting is publicly less visible so I have to brief clients to switch to it for meetings. For most of the time I have adapted as per client requirements.

- Online Meeting Management
- Good Quality Meeting Recordings
- Meeting Transcription or notes
Cons
- AI Meeting Notes have changes the concept of taking meeting notes. GoTo Should conduct surveys on it to improve user experience
- Competing with Free Meeting Tools is a tough Job. Webinar is a good attraction to attract user through this service. GoTo Meeting should consider offering it free
- Business Messaging Niche wise can be improved a lot
- It has good impact as my the quality of meetings decide the fate of closing
- Support features also play a part and save time like transcription and meeting notes
