Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

We use GoTO Resolve to help with mainly remote support. It helps with being able to access end-user machines that are off-site and assists with troubleshooting problems we see frequently.
  • Remote Support.
  • Secure connections.
  • Tools for Admin assisting the user.
  • Pricing could be better.
  • Issues reconnecting when the machine is rebooted.
  • Huge return on investment.
  • Technician productivity increased substantially.
  • Security posture increased as well.
While GoTo Resolve is a great application, it still has a few shortcomings. You will not regret using it, but it can be troublesome. Link expiration is annoying sometimes if someone clicks it on the wrong machine you then have to send a new link.
It has helped mainly with IT Support and remote access. We do not leverage the device management portion or ticketing as we should. It has been impactful since we started using it. Technicians are closing cases quicker and have a general increase in productivity as well.
GoTo Resolve is more reliable compared to some of the others listed. They all have their pros and cons, but GoTo Resolve is more well-rounded for our use case. You will not be disappointed in GoTo Resolve.
