We are using this tool as a form of online training and contact with clients external to the institution. It has not supported the follow-up of projects and the proposal of new requests from both internal users and external users, as well as vendors and potential providers of services and goods. It has been very useful given the versatility of the tool and its constant interest in improving its platform and services.

It has been a support tool for our change process during these changes due to the pandemic. It has allowed us to maintain many business features that. Although it is true, we have had to learn on the fly, have been a positive experience for the organization, users, suppliers, and customers.
All the tools mentioned and this tool itself have their points in favor and other things that can be improved. Many times one solution or another is taken depending on the conditions of the moment and much of the provider, client or platform that offers the best conditions at the moment.

It has been a tool that has supported us, especially in times of pandemic, to be able to connect users and clients in an efficient way. We have learned to make shared decisions and generate new experiences for users and clients. We have not had any major inconveniences and in all cases, we have had support since there is a lot of technical information to answer queries.
