We do webinars for corporate training and for CPE certification.
Pros
- Handles registrations
- Gives us solid reporting capabilities
- Allows an interaction chat and questions during the presentation
- Allows us to collect marketing data through the polls and surveys
- From registrations gives us information for follow ups
Cons
- Customers constantly complain about the audio
- Users have difficulty getting online
- Not too many complaints except the two above
- Great tool for doing our corporate training
- Has all of reporting requirements to offer CPE training
- Being able to poll our customers live for various marketing areas
- Zoom
Have used GTW for at least 10 years for webinars because of the tracking of attendees and the reports for CPE requirements. We use Zoom for internal meetings.
