Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

I use GoTo Webinar connect to do some virtual interviews when candidates aren't comfortable with coming in the office. The connection is always clear and video doesn't buffer!

Pros

  • Easy to download
  • HD video is included
  • Very easy to switch between desk phone, app, and the mobile app

Cons

  • Sometimes when traveling in the car, it would drop in and out of service in some areas
  • Customer support wait time was a bit long every time I called
  • Before GoTo Webinar we would do our daily Operations meetings on a landline, GoTo Webinar helped us come together as a team every morning and see each other's faces, and reactions in real time!
  • Brought a positive change to the Management Team, communication flows nicely and we never hesitate to jump on the app to discuss on going issues throughout the day since we are all in different locations.
  • GoTo Webinar has also been a positive impact on training/orientation, when someone is quarantined for COVID we now can have them participate in training instead of prolonging it during the isolation period.
The overall usability is pretty great, no serious issues, easy to learn to use, and very convenient.
My CEO choose our products, but I imagine he selected it for the ease, the safeguards to the business, and it integrates well with the tools we already use!

GoTo Webinar is great for bringing our Management team together in the mornings for our daily Ops call. We are all able to hear and see each other clearly and app is pretty easy to use and train new users on. It's also a fabulous tool for interviewing candidates whom aren't comfortable coming into the office to interview. In these COVID times it has really been a life saver! Using while on the go didn't always work so great with the app, it tended to drop off in certain areas.
