Overall very easy to set up and run a webinar even though the control panel seems a bit clunky sometimes.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom Webinars, ON24, BigMarker and Livestorm

I would be on the fence between choosing between GoTo Webinar and Zoom as I think for basic webinar tools, they are similar. ON24 is too much for me, and too expensive. BigMarker seems ok but expensive nonetheless. If I wanted a more branded experience and flexible interface, I would go with Livestorm, which I haven't used yet but explored.
