  • Great for large-scale collaboration
  • Works pretty well across technologies (Mac vs PC, mobile vs desktop, etc)
  • Intuitive and generally easy to setup and use
  • Works well on a conference call with documents to view and share
  • Overkill for smaller team meetings
  • Lag time experienced with documents
  • International time zones not a problem
  • Reliable and secure numbers to dial into and efficient use
GoToMeeting is perfect for any team over 5 people or international teams. It would be a little too robust and overkill for smaller teams where Skype or Google hangouts would work well.
There is a level of professionalism with GoToMeeting and support that you wouldn't get with other standard online meeting collaboration tools.
Pretty easy choice to use again. There isn't anything that stands out as too amazing or too weak.
