Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

GoToMeeting is being used to connect and meet with potential distributors for our direct selling business. It is extremely important to our company to have some face to face time with individuals when screening to determine if they are a right fit.

Pros

  • GoToMeeting is simple to use and easy to introduce to individuals who have never used GoToMeeting.
  • GoToMeeting works well with Google calendars and is easy to schedule.

Cons

  • I have experienced some difficulty when connecting audio via the internet.
  • I would like meeting reminders when I have scheduled a GoToMeeting.
  • It has improved our company reputation by illustrating we care about intimate meetings that require face to face interaction.
Other products include Join.me and Skype. Skype's visual quality is the best however, Join.me has had some audio issues in the past.
GoToMeeting is well suited for important meetings that require face to face interaction. It is less appropriate for conversations that are shorter and require limited time.
