Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
It's used throughout the company for various reasons: Team meetings, client meetings and demos. It of course allows impromptu as well as planned meetings with associates that are minutes or hundreds of miles away.
- Links individuals visually and audibly
- Allows for multiple users at once
- Gives shared screen options
- The format is constantly changing and from meeting to meeting it's frustrating to log on and realize you have NO clue where your features are located
- The system is not reliable across the internet and will drop calls and callers frequently
- The software often times runs very slow
- There's often times a 3-4 second delay in screen sharing, very unprofessional in a demo scenario
- We've lost a few deals do the the technology failing, because we are a technology company and it reflects back on us
