Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
Our entire organization (marketing consulting and advertising) uses GoToMeeting for conferencing needs across all of our client accounts. We often use it when we can not be face to face and use the screen sharing feature quite a bit.
- Clear PC/Mac based conferencing.
- Easy to navigate dashboard.
- Screen sharing capability with ability to give participants presenter access.
- The log on process is not always seamless, even after downloading locally which can cause problems and delays.
- GoToMeeting does not allow for 1 account to be used by multiple users (no small business accounts available). If a call is in process and someone else opens a new conference, the in process call is cancelled/dropped without warning.
- Increased employee efficiency - no worrying if it will work or not (once you get the call open that is).
- Better customer service - makes working with clients at a distance much more manageable.
GoToMeeting is our preferred method of conferencing as Skype requires users to set up an account and FreeConferenceCall.com is less professional and does not offer screen sharing or video conferencing.
