Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
Our profit centers use GoToMeeting for conference calls, desktop sharing and presentations with customers. Our sales and business development departments use it for the same applications, when contacting potential customers and commercial partners. Using this tool saves us a tremendous amount of traveling time and costs, especially for all new contacts above a 200 km limit.
- Very user friendly.
- Allows for screen sharing.
- Easy to set up.
- Can be unreliable, depending on your bandwidth, which can be very annoying in a sales meeting with a potential customer.
- We sometimes have so many problems with audio that we only use GoToMeeting for document sharing and use a classic phone for audio.
- Some delay in screen sharing.
- Definitely increases employee efficiency since it saves our teams a lot of travelling time and costs.
- Allows for better customer service because of possible spontaneous meetings.
