Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is used by our sales team to demonstrate our software to remote prospects. We are based in the UK and our potential customers are all over the world so we rely on GoToMeeting to share our screens and deliver high-quality product demonstrations across multiple time zones. It's the next best thing to being face to face with the prospect and helps us present in a very professional way.
- The quality of the audio and video is outstanding, you could almost be in the same room.
- The local dial-in numbers have been well received by prospects in some locations.
- The screen sharing/make presenter tool is really handy for us when we host our company update each month. It means our teams in other locations can participate in the presentation and present their own slides.
- I'd like the ability to record a GoToMeeting session.
