Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use both GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar. We use GoToMeeting to share our screens and facilitate meetings both internally and with clients and prospects. We use GoToWebinar for webinars which our partners refer their end-users to learn more about our services.

Pros and Cons

Low barriers for our end-users to adopt.
Reliable.

Further customization of the start page before the meeting starts would be great to have.

It has provided more reliable and scalable meetings and formats.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom and RingCentral Meetings

I would be fine using either Zoom or GTM. I am not a fan of RingCentral.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is great for meetings that have multiple collaborators. I recommend GoToWebinar if you want to present to a listen-only audience.
