Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
Three years later my organization is using GoToMeeting to set up great video chats with ease. Why are we still using it? Because it works without headache. One of our employees can quickly send a screen sharing meeting invitation to a client without them needing to download special software. We LOVE GoToMeeting.

Cisco Webex Calling is just a mess. They are a company that got too big for their britches and forgot about the client. New updates are less useful. GoToMeeting remembers that at the end of the day, the customer pays their bills. They listen to feature suggestions. The UI is simple and easy unlike with Webex, which sometimes requires a rocket science degree.
