Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I prefer to use Zoom for my conference calls, but some of the organisations I collaborate with use GoToMeeting.

Pros and Cons

Provide a platform for multiple users from many countries to join a single meeting.
Screen sharing.

Connectivity - I often find joining it is difficult, especially when dialing in from countries with poor bandwidth.
Sound sometimes fades in and out.

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync), Zoom and Skype

My preference remains Zoom, but as mentioned, many of my collaborators prefer GoToMeeting.

Likelihood to Recommend

I just think that Zoom works better for me. It seems to be more forgiving of poor bandwidth, and the recording function works really well for me.
