Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

It's being used for client calls by our organization.

Pros

  • Call-ins with conference phone numbers.
  • Screen sharing.

Cons

  • Ability to add names to dial-in users.
  • GoToMeeting allows us to connect remotely.
GoToMeeting allows us to use a phone number, whereas Skype does not.
GoToMeeting is well suited to accommodate for users on their PC or calling in.

It's not as well suited for users without the GoToMeeting application.
